Provide support to HIV, Tuberculosis, and Malaria prevention and treatment projects financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (GF). Specifically: • Support Country Offices in West Africa through the cycle of project management including project planning and start-up, implementation, and routine monitoring. • Manage regular communications with Country Office counterparts to foster strong relationships and ensure quality implementation of projects.• Develop and review narrative and financial reports for Country Office and Plan International Canada leadership as well as for donors.• Work collaboratively with grants compliance colleagues to review and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and donor financial reports inclusive of variance analysis. • Collaborate closely with technical advisors to develop and roll out quality training and activity plans, gender equality tools and systems, child safeguard plans, and monitoring and evaluation plans including periodic evaluations to ensure program quality.
