Rod is a partner and director of Ninti Pty Ltd, Ninti One Limited, Ninti Training Limited (our RTO) and the Ninti One Foundation (our charity). These organisations build opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through research, innovation and community development. We have managed over 300 projects including Australia’s Cooperative Research Centre for Remote Economic Participation which was based in Alice Springs (seven years, $120 million). We are also pre-qualified on several procurement panels in areas of health, research, education, aged care, evaluation and procurement. It acts as a ‘research and training service provider’, to enable the University of Adelaide to be a world leader in dryland farming and allied agricultural sciences, while managing the Roseworthy campus farm as an effective and efficient commercial enterprise.
