  -Supporting the Energy Services Manager.-Prepering customer quotations.-Following up with suppliers of materials or services to ensure timely delivery. I liaise with the Logistics Department to ensure materials are delivered to customers in accordance with acknowledged delivery dates.-I ensure all invoices against material and service purchase orders are raised accurately and in a timely manner upon customs declaration.-As the first point of contact for routine customer enquiries via telephone or e-mail. I record, in accordance with departmental procedure, all customer complaints as they are received and monitor/update progress through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring that customers are kept up to date with complaint status and progress and all enquiries are followed up or forwarded to the appropriate member of the Energy Service team or other department team for action.-Reporting all product issues with complete information to the Quality Control team as per company policies and standards,and I maintain efficient procedures and filing systems for all departmental processes and records (paper and electronic)-I plan field service engineer site service activity in accordance with customer requirements and necessary skill sets. I liaise with customers for the scheduling of site visits, ensuring that all permits, certification, and RAMS paperwork has been provided and approved prior to the visit, whenever required. I ensure that necessary equipments are available.-When overseas site visits are required, I coordinate with the travel specialist for booking flights, visa requests, foreign currency, accommodation, transport, etc. I coordinate with the Logistics Department to ensure that materials and test equipment are available at the required time and place.-Attending regular departmental meetings, record, and distribute minutes as required, including Customer Complaints Meetings.
