I have extensive start up and scale up experience which includes fundraising at Series A and B from venture capitalists and strategic trade investors and I have led expansion overseas with operations in the UK, France and the US. I have developed a strong commercial acumen throughout my career as a CEO and formerly as a Head of Sales and BDM. I have demonstrated proven leadership skills, managing multifunctional teams internationally, across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Product and Technology and I have successfully built customer centric cultures, achieving industry leading NPS scores. I am experienced in both consumer and B2B industries, spanning online marketplaces, internet travel, prop-tech and online recruitment advertising. I am driven and forward-thinking and I am always looking at how we can improve and what we can do better. I have a collaborative leadership style and like to work with my teams to establish a clear and focussed strategy to deliver growth efficiently. I am also a mentor and an advisor for startups with Techstars, I have experience as a board member and non-exec, and I am a member of the UK Business Angels Association.
