Professional consulting in the field of design, especially architectural design, project management for the client's business/office premises, ie. furnishing / fit-out of office spaces in the Ušće Tower One, Ušće Tower Two, Navigator I and II, and TLD buildings in Belgrade:• Support in the management of projects for equipping tenants' business/office premises;• Support in coordination and assistance to the client's project team in the development of architectural conceptual design of business premises, based on data and terms of reference obtained from the Lessee, and in accordance with the standards and planned budget of the client;• Support in the presentation of the Concept design to the tenant and the adoption of the solution;• Coordination and project assistance to the client's team in synchronization of all professions (MEP), harmonization of all parts of the Concept design and submission to the Contractors for further elaboration in the Execution design documentation;• Support in coordinating the review of technical documentation of the Contractor according to which the interior fit-out is executed - Interior design, especially architectural and construction works, interior design and coordination between different professions (MEP), monitoring progress, assistance in resolving situations during development of the documentation, control of the budget and submitted BoQs of the Contractor, compliance with the set standards;• Support in coordination with Tenants, meetings and monitoring of progress;• Support in monitoring the progress of FF&E works as well as regular reporting to the client and tenants in accordance with the agreed dynamics, participation in meeting all conditions for the handover of equipped business premises to tenants to start the lease.

- Support in coordinating the review of technical documentation according to which the interior is realized - interior design and especially architectural works, FF&E, landscaping and wayfinding, BoQs check-ups;- Monitoring the progress of the works of the Main contractor and subcontractor for the interior, FF&E, landscaping, wayfinding;- Coordination with supervision, Tenant coordinators and collection of relevant information on the location by regular visits and status check-ups;- Reporting on the progress of works of the Main contractor and subcontractors, in accordance with the needs of the Client, monitoring the correction of works based on issued snagging lists and NCRs, monitoring contracted works and quantities for interior, FF&E, landscaping and wayfinding between the Client and the Main contractor or subcontractors, monitoring of approved changes, CORs, etc.

- Support in coordinating the preparation and forwarding of technical packages to Tenants;- Coordination of the development of Tenant units designs, which includes the harmonization of Tenants requirements with the technical possibilities of the Mall;- Coordinate the approvals of the Tenant units designs;- Handover of the premises and control of fulfillment of conditions for the same;- Monitoring the progress of Tenants 'works, regular coordination on providing conditions for uninterrupted delivery of tenants' materials, functional temporary connections, garbage collection- Regular reporting on the progress of works on equipping the Tenant's premises, in accordance with the dynamics agreed with the Client;- Collecting all relevant technical documentation from Tenants for the Technical Acceptance of the premises and support to the coordination team in the preparation of project documentation for obtaining all relevant permits.
