My name is Amit Parekh. I am a Husband, a father to three amazing little whirlwinds and a Strength and Conditioning Coach for high achieving men who are serious and hungry for a better life for themselves and for their families.It was August 26th, 2021 we were doing a hybrid work model (During COVID) and I remembered driving into work feeling weird. There were whispers of changes going around the office and I have seen the changes happening for a couple of months. However, I had no clue this day was it for me. I’ve been in this Company for 5+ years and loved what I did and the people I worked with. I never hoped or thought I’d be one of the people to let go. Well to make a long story short, I lost my job, I did. I did get laid off that day amid buying a new house in Pennsylvania, just 3 days before the closing. This layoff couldn’t have come at any worst of the times. Would that be the best thing ever or the worst? I don’t know, I didn’t know. The builders found out about the job the day of closing and the closing was postponed. Luckily, there was something already in the talks with my family and to go into a business of Home Health Care. Not having any direction and the house looming in the unknown I did take this opportunity (which was in Texas) for a few months to see if this would be a good fit or a new direction. I moved into an industry that was completely different from what I was used to. But I had no choice, and I wanted to give my best shot at this, well I had to, as there was no other choice at that time. We were able to close on the house after two weeks. However, few months later, the new direction wasn’t going the way I had expected. With my family being in PA and me flying back and forth every couple of months for a couple of weeks to stay in PA and then back to TX. I did come back to PA with a mission to really dig into my passion and follow what I really love to do. It took a couple of months to fully sink in, but I could no longer ignore the big question now staring me in the face: What next? And how?It’s true, "If the why is powerful, the how is easy" I can truly say that i've found the true meaning behind my purpose in helping men and fathers achieve their a true balance and to find a complete potential in all area of life: Physical Strength, Mental Toughness, and Personal Growth.I am excited that i made my passion into my lifestyle by living a more fulfilling life by helping over 150+ high achieving men get the body and the balance to match their lifestyle and business.
