Operations Manager
Current-Manage and oversee 9 physician practices ranging in specialty that include, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Dermatology, Urgent Care (with ancillary services consisting of Lab and Radiology), Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, and Gastroenterology-Assist in managing the success of new specialties-Maintain positive relationships with third party vendors-Monitor and control budgets and other resources- Develop new processes to improve overall performance of the practices-Maintain current training with Epic system and ensure refresher courses are scheduled on a regular basis for all staff and physicians-Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with 17 physicians -Indirectly manage over 55 employees -Directly manage 4 Office Managers and 1 Nurse Practitioner -Prepare annual budget for 9 practices -Assist in the hiring process and onboarding of new hires -Review financial statements-Establish and implement department goals-Measure productivity to determine areas of program improvement-Maintain knowledge of Meaningful Use and ACO requirements-Practices successfully achieved Meaningful Use Attestation Year 1 and currently working on Year 2
