Network Management Consultant
Current- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate Physician HealthSun Health Plans contracts and own the contractual life cycle, interfacing with management and overcoming objections to reach a solution; independently managed and grew.
- Presentation & Product Knowledge: Deliver presentations and facilitate provider education to train employees on company's systems and strategies ensuring operational processes are followed by team
- Relationship Building: Spearhead the development of contractual relationships, building the provider network within assigned territory, and perform site visits to keep providers informed of plan
- Sales & Customer Loyalty: Maintain superior product knowledge to drive sales and answer customer questions, & establish personal connections to drive customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Objection Handling: Resolve provider issues relating to claims, member services, appeals, & grievances efficiently; solve client’s frustrations by showing active listening / empathy
- Analysis: Analyze data for overhead costs and implemented cost reduction initiatives, ensuring profit
