* Provides guidance and direction of department information business and systems requirements* Communicates directly with business users to define and document business needs* Analyzes functional software requirements from users and translates into technical specifications* Provides business process management by analyzing operating processes, modifies/expands information systems to improve production and workflow * Manages analysis, design, testing and documentation associated with application functional enhancements* Oversees day to day management of IT processes and resources, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines* Ensures availability, continuity of systems and provides support to end users.
