As B.A. I help administer and enforce our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with over 200 Environmental Contractors in NY, NJ & Long Island, agreement that represents around 4,000 UNION Laborers in LiUNA's Eastern Region. As an Organizer, I work on campaigns to increase our market share by going after and investigating unscrupulous, Property Owners, Corporations, Developers, Contractors, Public Entities that abuse workers by exposing them to hazardous materials without the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and pay them low standard wages without benefits for risking their lives abating their properties of dangerous materials such as asbestos, lead, & hazardous waste as well as preforming water damage restoration & mold remediation. Also, Educate, Organize and Represent ALL Asbestos, Lead & Hazardous Waster Workers in NY,NJ & Long Island.
