It Service Desk Specialist / Desktop Support Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities: Support the user by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software logs. Participates in the implementation of section projects. Study the user technical requirements of hardware and software. Prepares computers with the latest OS with drivers and necessary hardware settings. Study, and apply procedures to develop, and update hardware and software. Test and evaluate new functionality for Hardware and Software and recommend the most appropriate for work. Allocates unresolved incidents and problems to the appropriate section within the organization. Provide training when necessary. Manage and Support Microsoft 365 for all internal users. Remote desktop support for VPN connectivity issues for remote users Configuration and setup of Laptops and Desktop PCs Install, upgrade and update antivirus software Implementation & Troubleshooting of Operating System (Windows OS) and MS office package. Setting up user accounts and group policy for staff who joins the company and also resolving password or login issues through Active Directory. Install and configure AD Windows Server and troubleshoot issues. 24x7 support for Sadeem-related issues for all Fuel Stations across Bahrain. Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for IT Management
