Roles & Responsibilities:  Support the user by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software logs.  Participates in the implementation of section projects.  Study the user technical requirements of hardware and software.  Prepares computers with the latest OS with drivers and necessary hardware settings.  Study, and apply procedures to develop, and update hardware and software.  Test and evaluate new functionality for Hardware and Software and recommend the most appropriate for work.  Allocates unresolved incidents and problems to the appropriate section within the organization.  Provide training when necessary.  Manage and Support Microsoft 365 for all internal users.  Remote desktop support for VPN connectivity issues for remote users  Configuration and setup of Laptops and Desktop PCs  Install, upgrade and update antivirus software  Implementation & Troubleshooting of Operating System (Windows OS) and MS office package.  Setting up user accounts and group policy for staff who joins the company and also resolving password or login issues through Active Directory.  Install and configure AD Windows Server and troubleshoot issues.  24x7 support for Sadeem-related issues for all Fuel Stations across Bahrain.  Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for IT Management

Roles & Responsibilities:  Support all MS Office packages including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting  Creating and Supporting Accounting packages for Clubs, Hotels, Super Markets using Visual FoxPro, MS‑Access, VB Scripts, and MS‑Excel  Installing, Configuring, and Supporting Library CD software for Bahrain University (UoB) for both Isa Town and Sakhir Campus  Handling all kinds of Tape Backups, Monthly Telephone Bill Printing, and reporting backup issues for Bahrain Telecommunication Company (BATELCO).  Installation and configuration of Micro-Station software for all Lab Sections of Bahrain Training Institute – Isa Town  Setup and implementation of Automated Switching System of EDD (Electricity Directorate).
