I don’t consider myself an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or Creative Director, although I’ve filled all three roles in my 20-year creative career. I’m a creative problem solver, plain and simple. Whether it’s an iconic brand like Coca-Cola or a start-up like blu eCigs, every brand I’ve worked on has had something keeping it from moving forward. My job is to bridge that gap with analytical thinking, creative execution, and as much grinding as necessary. By following this approach, I have been able to solve business problems and help brands make real progress. My most recent role was at cbdMD, where I supported the company's evolution from a 2-person start-up to the first publicly traded CBD brand on NYSE. I created and directed the development of two brand spin-offs, led the design and user experience of two e-commerce websites, and introduced and standardized creative project systems and key workflows. Previously, I revamped the design and user experience of one of the world's top 20 most visited sites at DataTech Global, built and developed the entire product branding for blu e-Cigs, and secured a US design patent for an internationally sold product. I have a proven track record of leading and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and products that expand brand loyalty, engagement, and sales across multiple marketing channels.
