Developing a digital broadband communications system for amateur radio. This all-volunteer noncommercial project migrated from amateur satellite to terrestrial microwave due to the regulatory environment established by ITAR. The modem is implemented using a six-port structure. An FPGA handles the signal processing.Project re-launched as a collaboration between AMSAT, Virginia Tech, and Millennium Space Systems.

Recruited and supported exhibitors for San Diego Mini Maker Faire 2013, primarily in the Amateur Radio and Aquaponics fields. Developed and published a hands-on event for the Faire called Build-a-Game Workshop. Workshop documents are in the public domain.
