• Responsible for project specification, documentation and implementation of Networks LAN WAN and WLAN with equipment of partners such as Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, HP, Dell, Huawei, Allied Telesys, Aruba, Ruckus, Sonicwall.• Responsible for2nd and 3rd level support of LAN, WAN and WLAN for the existent clients.

• Responsible for the custom treatment and support of a top OI customer (Itaú) with the objective of approach them with a better understanding of the company’s objective• Management of all the requests of products and services between OI and Itaú.

• Working in Global Infrastructure group, more focuses in connectivity area. Giving second and third level support on LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN’s for all Johnson controls sites of South America and México. • New Technologies implementation defined by architecture team in US, now we are working on UC and IP telephony project. • Responsible for the LAN and WLAN implementation of a Campus Site with 800 users. Including 28 Cisco Switches for access, 3 Cisco 4500 Core Switch for backbone, 2 Ruckus Wirelles Controller with 90 AP's for RFID deployment.

• Technical budgets elaboration for PBX systems, according with the clients expectation, such as updates, new equipments or changes. • Governmental Edicts validation for new business opportunities.
