Iedere maand wordt er een workshop, netwerkborrel, bedrijfsbezoek of andere activiteit georganiseerd.Vanuit Rabobank Stad en Midden Groningen ben ik het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers. Daarnaast help ik mee met het organiseren van de verschillende evenementen en zorg ik voor interne bekendheid hiervan.

Hampshire Hotel Plaza Groningen is an admirable four star hotel situated in the city edge of Groningen. The hotel has a lots of different facillities to offer such an indoor swimmingpool, á la carte restaurant with terrace, cosy bar and a large and comfortable lobby. Currently I am responsible for the correct check-inn and check-out of our different hotel guests. This function has many different tasks and responsibilities which make the work varied and challenging, just as I like it. Due to my function within this hotel I am continiously able to develop myself on a professional and personal level. This is what I find very important in a job. Next to this I am partially responsible for the guest relations of the hotel. The upkeep of fixed-stay over arrangements, the maintenance of procedures and last but not least the request and upkeep Green Key Certificate of the hotel.Offcourse there are desires for further development in my career in order to achieve more and get more succes in life.

As an assistant general manager I am responsible for controlling incoming and paid invoices. Every day the mail has to be controlled, given codes and distrubuted to the different departments. On a weekly basis I prepare the administration of debtors to be called, keep track of cash register system, correction and payment reports. Monthy I am occupied with salaries of employees, hour registrations and employee-newsletters.Next to these tasks I assist in different departments such as Front Office, F&B and I have several ad- hoc tasks in the general management which could vary from cost-calculation to the set up of standard operating procedures.
