-Lead Analyst for DevOps University solution. The goal of offering was to define, design and build prototype of tool to provide Orasi DevOps consultants a repository and educational vehicle to progressively learn DevOps concepts and tools across the spectrum. >Developed project charter, which defined what DevOps was, why the solution was needed, who the stakeholders were, the goal of the solution, what features it would include, the scope of content that would be included, and the general structure for how data would be defined and presented. >Researched where content already existed within Orasi environment that could be leveraged in solution and gathered additional baseline data from internet. >Led facilitated session to discuss what features should be included and priorities. >Defined initial project-level backlog of users stories required to achieve goals. >Created an excel-based initial mock-up of the solution and reviewed with stakeholders.-The new group delivered all aspects of the business leveraging Agile concepts, including creating backlogs for key sales opportunities, recruiting steps, and internal projects that needed to be accomplished. >Acted as junior ScrumMaster to manage backlog and drive weekly review sessions.-Monitored resumes submitted via ZipRecruiter. Scheduled and performed initial basic interview to qualify broad set of candidates in or out.-Managed Orasi LinkedIn site and converted messages and images into site-friendly content.-As part-time front desk clerk, answered calls and distributed email pay slips.
