PRL Project ‐ Major Repair Of Tanks At PRL 201 4-1 5 (Pakistan Refinery Limited)PROJECT NATURE: Construction Services and Supply (Major Repair Of Tanks )SCOPE OF WORK : Renewal of Tanks

RESPONSIBILITIES• Level-IV Planning: To plan and monitor daily targets for site execution.• To develop & monitor Master Target Schedule using Primavera Project Planner P6/P3• To establish BOQ of Piping, Structure and Equipment.• To establish BOM of Piping.• Also report bottle necks against project variances.• To develop and issue KPI’s to execution team for close monitoring of Project.• To raise Technical Queries and update TQ Ledger.• To generate extra Work time sheets against modification jobs which are out of scope of contract and for any type of Supply of Manpower & Equipment. Also update Extra work Claims Ledger.• To verify subcontractor invoices & forward it to Account section. For example Painting, piping and scaffolding etc.• To control spool yard activities regarding shifting of spools and painting of aboveground spools (Carbon Steel, SS or Galvanized). Also generate and issue release note to Painting subcontractor in lieu with Project’s painting specifications.• Working as a Project Document Controller in lieu with Client’s Document Control Centre.• To receive the drawings from client and issue to Execution team.• To update Piping, structure and equipment drawings ledger.• Working as an FEDC Engineer, to weld map CS & SS Isometrics and issue isometrics to site. Also update all relevant supervisors with latest revisions and retrieve old /superseded drawings.• To define Test Packages Limit and develop Test Packages for underground, aboveground and vendor scope incompliance with client FEDC requirement.
