The area is formed by the following teams: Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, DevTools, and Architecture & Platform.Main team's activities and accomplishments:- Definition of systems/network/servers architectures, as well as security, OS, and storage requirements;- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD);- Automation scripting for security hardening, monitoring, backup, and OS configuration;- Deployment and Maintenance of the Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments;- Incident, Problem, and Change Management according to ITIL best practices.- Performance Tuning and continuous improvements on all Productions Systems and Components; - 100% uptime for the ecommerce site and components during major events, especially during the Black Fridays;- Multi Data Centres implementation and maintenance for all the Frontend systems (active-active) and Backend systems (active-stand by);- DevOps Culture and values implemented along with an Agile Mindset within Development, InfoSec, Operations, and Business areas.
