Management of teams formed by professionals with deep technical knowledge and vast experience in deploying large-scale and high availability systems. Its involvement goes from the design phase of new products and projects all the way into deployment under production phase, working side by side with Development and IT Operations teams. The area is formed by the following teams: Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, DevTools, and Architecture & Platform.Main team's activities and accomplishments:- Definition of systems/network/servers architectures, as well as security, OS, and storage requirements;- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD);- Automation scripting for security hardening, monitoring, backup, and OS configuration;- Deployment and Maintenance of the Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments;- Incident, Problem, and Change Management according to ITIL best practices.- Performance Tuning and continuous improvements on all Productions Systems and Components; - 100% uptime for the ecommerce site and components during major events, especially during the Black Fridays;- Multi Data Centres implementation and maintenance for all the Frontend systems (active-active) and Backend systems (active-stand by);- DevOps Culture and values implemented along with an Agile Mindset within Development, InfoSec, Operations, and Business areas.
