▪ Review Drawings & Specifications, Laboratory Test Results, Inspection and test plan, and Method Statements for implementation.▪ Preparing the Inspection Requests and other quality related reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.▪ Closing of NCR’s and providing correct response to NCR Raised by Client/Consultants.▪ Implement all aspect of quality assurance/control system on all materials; keep on file test results and calibration reports of test equipment’s.▪ Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method statements, ITP and approved drawings are followed.▪ Attend and preparing the records for quality audits and inspections by client, and consultants.▪ Address concerns and issues raised by client and consultants on quality matters.▪ Liaise with client and consultants on matters relevant to quality assurance/control.▪ Assist the manager in developing and implementing the Project Quality Management System.▪ Supervising labor and sub-contractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with works procedures and instructions.▪ Preparation and implementation of monthly program.▪ Coordinate daily inspections and meetings.▪ Participating in client meeting and resolving client/engineering and management project issue.▪ Responsible for weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.▪ Preparing the project handing over files.

The Works consist of inspections, repair, replacement, rehabilitation, upgrading and planned regular routine and reactive maintenance, which includes surveys, cleaning and reporting on roads network assets in the State of Qatar.▪ Undertaken initial diagnosis to determine the potential cause of any faults encounter during inspection and reported back the findings to the PWA Engineers.• As per PWA Engineers instructions I had done additional surveys at specific locations for each type of safety assets in coordination with other stakeholders.• I had undertaken the investigations “Third Party Claim” (TPC) and reported back to PWA Engineers.• Completed different detailed inspection (walked survey) under using standard measuring wheel, using network referencing system as the framework on which defects are identified and referenced.• Perform work inspections on construction and installation activities, i.e., road and infrastructure, traffic signs, VRS, fencing, works etc.▪ Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project. ▪ Handling the construction layout and structural designing’s. ▪ Enthusiastic and hardworking professional with experience of travelling to project sites around including remote environments with limited communications. ▪ Prepare and review documentation for regulatory approvals and contract issues. ▪ Experienced in maintain and Execution of site with all Safety Rules followed.• Assisting project coordinators and project manager with preparation of weekly and monthly progress updates and reports.

• Earth work excavation and marking.• Reinforcement checked at R.C.C areas and concreting.• Managing the supervisors and labours in Economical way, planning the work progress.• Prepare the Sub-Contractor bills.• Reviewing the Engineering documents (Specification, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan, and Drawings etc.) and preparing site work plans.• Liaise with different internal departments to ensure communication and the Smooth execution of jobs to ensure performance quality.• Responsibilities for assuring that all activities related to installation and applicable Codes.• Ensuring implementation of inspection and test plans method statements, and approved shop drawing, compliance with approval material. Liaising with client’s representatives, as well as with consultants, architects, engineer and surveyors.
