As a programmer with University Malaya Centre For Continuing Education (UMCCED), I am responsible for the online application system that gains traffic up to 10,000 applications . The new features that I developed such as Affiliate Tracking and Auto Checking facilitates the marketing team to track their customers progress in Diploma Application and automate the vetting process of applicants thus reduce the vetting period of thousands of applications.

My career started as Information Technology Assistant Officer (Mystep) for the Ministry of Communication and Digital (KKD) and in that role, I am involved in every step in the software development cycle from requirement gathering, software design, coding implementation andtesting. I contributed to software development projects such as Perantisiswa, an online application system that facilitates B40 Malaysian university students to obtain tablets for their education. As a team, we developed an application that priorities the convenience of nationwide applicants and data analysis.
