 Raw Material & Welding Consumables Receiving Inspection And Verify Mill Test Certificate. Performing Day-To-Day Fabrication & Inspection Activates Such As Layout Marking, Cutting, Edge Preparation, Fit-Up, Welding, Visual Inspection And Pre-Assembly & Erection Work. Identifying & Preparing Material / Weld Trace ability, Inspection Reports and Control of Documents for Regular Inspection Activities. Monitoring Welding Consumable Handling/Storage Along With the Quality and Calibration of Ovens, Quivers and Welding Machines Etc. Carry Out Surveillance at Site to Monitor Works Compliance to Quality Requirement. Ensuring Equipment Calibration as Per Project Requirements. Familiar in Following Grade Materials DNV, ASTM, API & ASME Classifications. Shop Pipe (Spool) & Structural Fabrication and Implementing Spool/Structural Identification. Visual and Dimension Inspection of Piping/Structural Fabricated Items. Witnessing of Hydro Test, Leak Test and Pneumatic Test and preparing reports to Preparation Hydro Test Reports, Calibration of Hydro Test Related Equipment’s. Ensuring Close-Out of All Open NCR/Surveillance Reports / Punch-Use This Area Points Within The Time Frame Along With Client Preparing & Compiling Final Dossier for Submitting To Client / Third Party Inspector Review and Approval.
