BRAC- Skills development progremme – Economic recovery for MSME in Bangladesh. Conduct survey, selection, training, workshop, project implementation & strategy planning.Support to conduct gender-inclusive needs assessment & profile mapping enterprises. Conduct enterprise productivity improvement training to the women’s enterprises.Ensure enhanced financial accessibility of enterprise owners and support for business development.Assist to value chain analysis and value chain development in CMSME sectors.Support to develop market linkage, financial inclusion of the enterprise. Ensure enterprise productivity improvement training of the selected enterprise.Achievements: Profile mapping 120 women’s enterprise. Value chain analysis 126 women’s enterprise. Conduct enterprise development through Decent Work, Business Development and Technological Upgradation training on 80 Entrepreneurs. I have done business development of 80 women entrepreneurs. Coordinating with financial institutions and conducting workshops for entrepreneurs to access finance & access 48 women entrepreneurs.
