CurrentMajor Responsibilities:• Monitoring and Control service operation of the Department.• Regular communicate with higher management• Co-ordination and communicate with other sales and service channel partners.• Participate in Indentifying scope of hardware and software customization of device to add value to products and increase competitiveness and thereby cater to customers of intended target segments.• Work cross functionally in obtaining BTRC NOC and executing new product launches.• Analysis fault ratio of end users product and send it to the supplier for the necessary spare parts support as free of cost. • Leads core service planning process by developing service roadmap and competitive service portfolio• Develop service strategies in accordance with growth targets and objectives for the brand aligning with core business plan.• Impart training to other colleagues and sub ordinates to increase efficiency in the whole service flow• Support Administration Department by planning and establishment of new care center, third party care center and collection point.• Support Human Resource Department by sourcing suitable service engineers/executives.• Take the lead in ensuring growth of the service network and service quality aligning with the core company objectives, goals and strategies.• Prepare SOP of Service Dept.• Source, utilized, manage and monitor usage of Swap units and spare parts to ensure smooth after Sales service support for the end users.• With help of Store/Inventory dept. ensure spare parts availability, costing, proper accounting and control of Stores to support service needs.• Submission Daily, weekly & Monthly Service Report to the Top management
