• Maintain the 5S system, compliance rules & SOP of Cutting Strictly. • Make the cutting plan as per production plan, set up cutting target & working hour, check attended report & team balancing. • Ensure the relax as per type of fabrics & differentiate the fabrics as per Quality segregation. • Ensure daily fabrics/Rib and others items required & received status makes according to consumption for proper cutting and sewing input. • Cross check the fabric booking sheet with the buyer PO sheet & check the PP sample before bulk cutting. • If any style fabrics consumption cross take approval from Superior. • Ensure Numbering are made Actually & Bundling the cut panel as per order wise. • If any style has print, heat seal or embroidery arrange for it.• Monitoring the daily line wise input target and input balancing for proper line production support, WIP control & line input given as per order and ship date wise. • Keep liaison with merchandiser / PM / Quality manager, factory head and others. • Follow up the table wise cutting target and efficiency. • Mailing for production file & Extra fabric requisition, fabric quality rejection, DIA, GSM, Print/Emb discrepancy, marker efficiency & pattern increases in length & width. • Maintain all kinds of documents of cutting department and logic software (ERP). • Ensure 100% quality to meet the buyers’ expectations.• Independently follow up, monitoring, control and responsible for all cutting related activities.• Lead the team supervise and train the junior colleague’s workers & others with standard methods to develop skilled for smooth operation of the cutting.• Any other task assigned by the management.
