• Monitor the CSS/AG 1 related or interface service affecting alarms through TeMIP or / and NNMi • Isolation of fault• Associate and update ticket of RF (LTE) with frequent updates, if no ticket from RF (LTE) team then raise a ticket . in20 minutes. If field support is required raise the Work Order.• Call Field team and guide them to resolve the fault. Call CTO /CMM /IP Leads for notifying the outage with 20 Minute. • Trouble shooting of Faults within MTTR• SMS notification for incident reporting, updates and restoration.• Sending email for outage to CTO and CMM for Critical and Catastrophic outages• Updating ticket with proper cause and closer code• Coordinating with RF (LTE), Microwave, Transport, Fiber and Utility team.

• Configure H3com (Router and switch’s) & Monitoring the Network Lines or link’s.• LAN/WAN implementation using H3Com routers, hubs and switches.• Securing network resources with shared folder permissions, Implementing file security system.• Managing and Maintaining the Routers and Switches. • Handling the Desktop issues, Printer’s usage & link down (BSNL lines down) issues.• Handling the online problems like (site launching, other issues) & Expertise hands in troubleshooting of Computer hardware related problems such like UPS, Batteries issues, Printer and Drivers
