We were doing import clearance for consignee’s include “Nadec, Riyadh Cable, Synthomer, Obeikan, Abyatuna & more” We have cleared food products, agro, chemical goods, ISO containers(DG), break bulk shipments• Searching for new clients and developing long term relationships with them.• Documentation work• Coordinating with customs clearance broker for smooth operation• Knowledge & Handling of shipment documentation import which include Bill of lading (BL), commercial invoices, packing list, Certificate of Origin, Customs declaration, SABER, SASO, SFDA etc., as per customer requirements• Updating the shipment status to customers• Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets daily• Effectively interacted with shipping agents, core team members delivering operational excellence for the company and its customers as needed• Container cargo related documentation, such as acceptance letter from the shipping line, custom declaration, delivery order and all information about the container.• Coordinate with a transporter for Container/Bulk cargo transport• Coordinate with internal dept., warehouse & billing (finance section) for smooth flow of daily movements
