• Managing ALS field service operation in UAE land and off-shore oil fields.• Responsible and taking a lead for ALS off-shore project ( Dual ESP System for 3 ESP wells) at TOTAL ABK (Abubakoush offshore oil wells – Abu Dhabi).• Responsible and taking a lead for ALS on-shore project ( ESP plus Y tool, paker penetrator system installations, start-up, monitoring and troubleshooting for Shah, Bab and Buhasa oil fields.• Provide technical support for ESP water supply wells project in (Buhasa field – ADCO ).• Provide ALS Presentations for Centrilift product technologies to ADNOC.• Provide ESP operations & troubleshooting support for ESP wells in Dubai Petroleum Co. offshore field. • Awarded service contract agreement with ADCO for Provision of ESP Supply & Services of ESP systems services for ADCO oil fields.• Achieved Zero NPT for all ESP installations, Start-up & troubleshooting for awarded wells in land and offshore operation.

Iraq

• Field service crew leader for ESP installations, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting, train customer operators, production optimization and design matching for south Iraq oil fields (Rumaila, Zubair, and West Qurna), operators : BP, ENI & Exxon Mobil.• Surface Skid unit System (Diesel Generators, 6 -24 pulse Variable Speed Drive, Transformers ) pre-commissioning and commissioning.• ESP Vision System installation and commissioning.

Libya, Oman

• Responsible for ESP pull and new installations, Variable Speed Drive setup and start up, inventory management, AMO specialist for ESP tear down and assembly.• ESP field service engineer under minimal supervision for remote operation in and out of country fields such as Bouri, Wafa fields – MOG Company, Mabrouk field- MOO Company,Qurn Alam field – PDO Oman.
