* Procurement: Identify the need, define requirements, supplier identification, vendor evaluation, and selection, request for quotation (RFQ)/ request for proposal (RFP), bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase order (PO) creation, contract signing, supplier performance monitoring, receipt and inspection, invoice verification and payment, record-keeping, supplier relationship management, closure and evaluation.* Shipment: Draft and proofread, correct & collect shipping documents, involvement end to end shipment process, follow up with suppliers, shipping line, C & F agent, consignee, bank, port, customs & transportation.*Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with logistics providers to plan and execute transportation activities, including shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
