• Ensure compliance with agreed processes and reporting for projects, attending project meetings to ensure these occur that information is disseminated to relevant stakeholders and that project remains on schedule and issues/risks are discussed.• Manage large projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project’s objectives and business benefits.• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues. • Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance implementation, change management and benefits realization.• Working closely with company leadership to collaborate business strategies, quality and PM practices and making sure that they are implemented across all project deliveries globally.• Develop materials and methodology for continuous training of the global and regional project organization on new PMO processes.• As a project Manager, detailing scope from client to project team, identifying possible risks, time to delivery, identifying and maintaining appropriate resources required considering triple constraints of the project and making sure client sees the value in the project delivery.• Lead monthly leadership review meetings for Global projects are occurring with proper documentation including forecast updates, milestones, risks through Power BI dashboard.• Analyzing resource demand from current projects and upcoming opportunities; measuring against current capacity and provide recommendations to leadership for hiring specific skill resources.• Deploy and manage key performance metrics and phase/task plan review processes monthly basis to ensure portfolio is executing to schedule, quality and cost.

Prepare the scope of work document in the Planning phase of PLC and design it until closure phase.Develop MS Project (IMS) Plans in line with the client requirements capturing all deliverable mentioned during meeting with stakeholders and described in scope of work (SOW) in the detailed implementation plans to enable delivery of the project.Deliver the Project Plan to scope, timescales and budget by tracking all activities against the plan.Agree deliverable/ milestones and report project progress to the business.Setting short term and long term objectives in line with client milestones for within the team and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
