- Lead two evaluation teams overseeing mixed-methods research/evaluation design, quantitative analysis, and data management of the Early College Initiative (ECI) and the CUNY Language Immersion Program using R and SQL- Led a quasi-experimental longitudinal study of ECI using two-stage propensity score matching in R to explore the impact of program participation on an array of student outcomes from high school through college - Enhanced office-wide geocoding capacity and created a series of interactive maps, highlighting the geographical as well as socioeconomic contexts of CUNY program participants and campuses

- Researched and assessed the intersection of vacant and abandoned property, housing stock, race/ethnicity, health, and economic realities and outcomes for targeted neighborhoods in Greensboro using a mixed-methods approach- Conducted a literature review of the relationship between race/ethnicity, socio-economic status, housing, and health disparities—summarizing over 60 academic articles- Recipient of Chris Webber Memorial Fellowship for Greensboro neighborhood assessment research
