I trained, and worked part time and casual in many different Alberta Health Sites. Work at MDRD is very sensitive, and as a member of this team I am very accurate, and efficient in carrying my job duties according to AHS write up, and guidelines. Knowledgeable about infection control, and safe working environment . I am an expert in different brands of flash and steam sterilizers such as Steris, Getinge, and 3M steam incubators. I also have long experience working with Sterrad Hydrogen Peroxide sterilizers, and its incubators. I am trained to work with high-level disinfectants equipment like EPS, Steris System 1, and Medivators. In addition to these equipment, I also work with, leak test equipment such as Olympus, Veriscan, and manual. I have experience with different kinds of suctions like Scope Buddy, and Olympus. During this period, I practiced processing different kinds of equipment including but not limited to probes, ultrasound transducer, T-probes, cameras, power tools, ventilators rigid and flexible scopes. I also gained experience on how to work with different instruments like ortho, joints, implant, cardiovascular, gyna, ENT, spinal, neuro, endoscopic, and general instruments. I am also familiar with daily, and weekly requirements for various machines, and devices. Since October 2015, I started working with SPM tracking system. I am trained to do verification for new inventory, and loaners according to manufacturer instructions. I also prepare and check turn around sheet, emergency slate, operating room schedules, pick lists..etc. I am an expert in marshaling duties, and priority management. Starting December 2014, I started working in the South Health Campus's operation rooms with aseptic techniques to assist nurses during the opening, and closing of the instruments. I am responsible for preparing, and checking case carts, crush carts, cysto cart, and emergency carts. I also train new staff in all of the above duties.

It was a good opportunity for me to get Canadian experience in the pharmaceutical field, and to learn more about the Canadian culture. I was trained to work with Kroll software, and carry out different processes. I also gained experience on how to document, and request orders on Kroll. Checking online patient profiles was another thing I had learnt, and practiced during this period. Since it is an independent pharmacy, I got the chance to practice various types of clinical services.

I initiated the business, and helped it to grow up and develop. It was extremely necessary in this job to be able to multi-task, and manage the time wisely according to priorities in order to help the pharmacy stay productive, and successful. I was always efficient in making sure the pharmacy is productive even under stressful situations. I solved many problems, and troubles faced by customers, and sometimes even staff members, to ensure that customers are satisfied with the high quality of customer service.

Working at Amriya for pharmaceutical industries gave me great experiences about good manufacturing practices, and standards for documentation. I was responsible for manufacturing processes of liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms. My job duties were including direct supervision of the staff, assist unit manager in planning to achieve the monthly target, and perform other related duties as required by production manager.

I gained experience regarding how to communicate with clients effectively, and how to provide patients confidential, and professional services.
