Senior Director, Ecommerce Digital Operations, Adidas North America
CurrentCurrently, I lead the holistic eCommerce Digital Operation function for North America, responsible for steering, managing, and operationalizing our platform capabilities, content management & the post-purchase order lifecycle across all our digital properties. The role is the catalyst for operational excellence and supporting an Omnichannel business across all digital touchpoints on .com, Mobile & our App ecosystem. In this role, there is direct responsibility for the enablement of top line sales and bottom-line profitability through lower funnel operational practices. I lead the Digital operation teams across two different time zones in the Americas that consist of managing content activation across all digital touchpoints, technical platform microservices that power ecommerce and the omnichannel post-order delivery lifecycle.
