I think that being born in Germany formed the basis of my business life, disciplined and planned. I have successfully finished my education graduating from ITU. Beginning my working life period in a Japanese company makes me adopt the Japanese way of life and systems. Toyota Production System and Six Sigma activities form the main targets of my business life and career. I have continued my career at different industries and cultures as senior manager. In the following years, working as a top manager in Uzel which was in a high economical crisis at those times caused me to gain high experience. Due to my high experience in Uzel, I have been highly skilled about Leaf Spring manufacturing.With the help of these experiences I consult and train both domestic and abroad companies in various areas such as crisis management, financial management, etc. The consultancy services I have provided have played an important role in crisis and enabled them to overcome the crisis successfully. I have also managed the projects of international companies investing in Turkey, furthermore I have support to different sectors (construction industry, food industry, energy etc.) customer analysis and business development projects and I consultancy services to executive management in the area of corporate restructuring, local value added, and decision making support to the Pak company. I management of the Strategic Planning and Control process. I am continuing my activities successfully with my partners and colleagues.
