Designed, tested and implemented another SMS advertisement that updated over 300 computers to a newer application version. • Responsible for the front-end and back-end SCOM support. Created customized SCOM monitoring and alerts for many of our clients proprietary applications and server groups. Created custom SCOM performance and availability reports for several clients. • Resolved common Citrix issues including issues with the IMA service, issues with the presentation server console, server load issues, and presentation server application issues. Publish applications to new Citrix server builds and managed security groups for Citrix application access. • Completed Microsoft Certified System Engineer in Server 2003 certification in September of 2008.
