My job at Leaflink allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on creating business review decks and past due payments, but also get to work on confluence workflows. One way I stand out is making sure I have connection with my coworkers. I understand that using your own voice can create a work environment that has levity and inclusivity. When individuals have the space to express themselves fully it creates an environment where everyone is using their natural genius.Projects have always been a strong suit of mine. I am proud that i've learned how to create internal SOPs to help my fellow coworkers find the information they need to get their job done effectively.Working at LeafLink has given me the opportunity to grow many skill sets. Being detail oriented, organized, and goal driven has always been a strong suit of mine. At Leaflink I’ve learned how to take my natural attributes and transfer them into a business minded mindset.
