I have over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry ranging from hospitality, oil and gas, and currently in renewable energy. I am an expert in risk management, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, claims management, and policy optimization. I have a Master's degree in Information Management and Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Economics.In my current role, I lead Masdar's insurance department and manage its global insurance portfolio, covering over 27+GW worth of renewable energy projects in various stages of development and operation. I work with internal and external stakeholders, such as shareholders, JV partners, offtakers, contractors, banks, and insurance advisors, to ensure the optimal protection and alignment of Masdar's interests and objectives. I am passionate about contributing to Masdar's vision of advancing the development and adoption of sustainable and clean energy solutions.
