Travelled to a recently transitioned AMC theatre in hopes of teaching and mentoring previous management to the AMC way with hopes of maintaining business as usual after leaving. Spent two weeks at the theatre showing and empowering the management to run things with the AMC policies in place including payroll, inventory count/ordering, paperwork, close day practices, and new menu innovations.
