About Achia Swift
With a passion for solving people related issues and extensive experience effectively resolving complex employment, human resources and commercial matters, I've advised C-Suite executive leaders, senior level management, and business group managers at Fortune 500 companies, including Uber, SunEdison, Intel, and other leading brands including but not limited to 24 Hour Fitness, for more than 20 years. At Uber, I co-managed an employment legal team and was a strategic business partner to C-Suite leaders and their management teams. In this role (and other roles before it), I advised on a myriad of workplace issues such as EEO compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, leaves of absence, pay equity, COVID-19 workplace guidance and strategy, trade secret protection and non-competes, workplace investigations, corporate restructuring, independent contractors, FLSA, data security, privacy and workplace violence avoidance.
