 SQL Server installation, configuration, capacity planning, performance tuning, backup and recovery. Setting up and administering SQL Server Database Security environments using Profiles, database Privileges and Roles. SQL Server Migrations and Upgradation from 2012 to 2016. SQL Reporting Server Migration from 2012 to 2016. Table and Index Page level Compression. Monitoring Database performance and ensuring that tuning is regularly accomplished. Implement SQL server security policy for Audit purpose.  Prepare Activity Plans that needs to be implemented in Production Environment. Prepare SOPs for further use and actions. Working on High Availability features like log shipping, Mirroring, Replication and Clustering Increased the uptime of all servers to a level of at least four nines (99.99%) on all major database servers. Responded to all service issues defined by service-level agreement Supervise all aspects of the assigned team including day-to-day supervision, performance evaluation, and assignment to DBA Projects and/or Production Support functions. Managing, leading, and administering project resources and monitoring project activities and resources to mitigate risk using problems solving skills and root cause analysis to resolving issues. Ensures that project and program deliverables and benefits align with the customer’s objectives and advice for change.

Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges)-->Maintain Backup and Recovery policies.-->Create, Configure and monitor database with maintenance plans or user defined jobs-->Identify, implement and monitor administrative/routine tasks which can be automated. -->Troubleshoot SQL Server and database issues faced by user’s / application teams and/or other support teams.-->Monitor DB growth and provide DB capacity planning.-->Monitoring database performance for bottlenecks to ensure maximum uptime.-->Implementation and maintenance of BCP and DR Plans.-->Configuration and Managing of Log-shipping on production servers.-->Designing and scheduling the complex DTS & SSIS packages for the reporting requirements of internal customers -->Implementation and maintenance of SQL Server according to the SAS 70 and PCI DSS 12 guidelines.-->Handle day to day issue related to SQL instances and ensure high availability.
