I design and implement programs such as: training program on various sustainability topics, audits, assessments and other related program for Unilever's suppliers.As Senior Manager of Sustainable Sourcing, I also design and implement independent smallholder programs to improve smallholders' livelihood and compliance to NDPE principles. Smallholder program is focusing on mapping and baseline data collection, improving skill and knowledge on Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), introducing traceability program to mills and plantations, establishment of cooperatives and diversify income of smallholders. Unilever smallholder programs have reached more than 25,000 smallholders in Aceh, North Sumatera and Riau.

Kedaireka will currate, facilitate and support industries to find correct partners from Universities as required by business cases provided by Industries.
