Senior People Partner
Current- With Engineering, IT, and Information Security as my client groups, my role includes:
- Supporting the leaders in execution of their departmental strategy through talent discussions and decision making
- Advising on people issues, supported by measurement and evaluation
- Advising on people challenges & opportunities - focus on talent, performance, employee development and change
- Collaborating with the People and Talent Acquisition team to align their work with the needs of the client group to deliver seamless service
- Leading the global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion program
