I led multiple clients through onboarding on a technically intricate Customer Data Platform which required me to wear many hats including Marketing Data Analyst, Project Manager, Technical Trainer, Data Debugger, Marketing Strategist, and Data Engineer in order to bring the client to value.Working on such a small team allowed me to take on several.

I took the lead on marketing operations and data management. I owned implementation and administration of all software in our marketing tech stack, data integrity, and reporting. Partnering with our internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Executive teams as well as external consultants, we took 6 separately acquired software applications and build them.

I coded a tip calculator that with a small amount of inputs automated a previously manual process and saved 80 hours for the store each year that could be allocated to other important tasks.

I developed a program to quickly calculate claims information from varied patients which greatly increased the teams productivity. We finished the project well ahead of schedule and under budget.
