Bô Energia aims to introduce sawdust briquettes in São Tomé and Príncipe's kitchens, replacing coal and mitigating the problems inherent to its excessive use. We're going to build a briquetting plant in STP.As one of the creators of this project, I participate actively in all it's phases, from the creation of a strategic plan of action, to the sensitization of the population and the development of a communication plan. After 6 months of implementing the project in São Tomé and Príncipe, due to COVID, I had to return to Portugal.

Worked at EDP University, at Development and Pedagogical Support area, in Content Criation. My main functions were to support and monitor the entire content production process in e-learning, from pedagogical design, to multimedia development and do the compliance tests on the platform.

Had done more than 300 shows, coordinating a team and assistant audiences of 1000 people. This experience contributed to the development of some skills as: teamwork, leadership, decision making and conflict management, among others.

I started to work with 18 years. Along with my team, we're responsible for giving about 150 children between the ages of 10 and 15 years the best 17 days of their year. In addition to working in the ward when necessary, I'd created, developed and put into practice various activities.I became more responsible and developed skills of time management, resilience and control of emotions.

Worked at a recruitment and selection consultant, at Engineering & Industry team. I had the opportunity to participate in the entire recruitment process, including:- Identification of job opportunities;- Identification of candidates;- Scheduling and monitoring interviews- Support the development of studies and market mapping- Elaboration of reports for the client, among other various responsibilities.
