Anthony is the Founder and Director of the Pixels and Polygons School. His love of the classroom stems from his love of helping artists break through new challenges. Over the last decade, Anthony has dedicated over 20,000 hours to refining his craft as a teacher, education program director, and operations supervisor for the American Graphics Institute, Boston University, The Center for Digital Arts, and Emerson College respectively. He has created and launched cutting-edge curricula with multiple greater Boston schools, designing and deploying IT solutions, functional multi-use classroom layouts, virtual reality studios, as well as interactive art galleries and exhibits. As a practicing new media artist, Anthony has contributed to exciting and unique projects for clients such as the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the National Parks Foundation, WBUR, the SyFy Network, and more. His use of 3D animation in historic preservation has been featured by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting’s American History and Civics Initiative, in the United States Library of Congress, and in the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. He is a creative problem solver who has the ability to break down technical concepts in ways that are straightforward and relatable for both newcomers and experts alike.
