As the Senior Director of Support Operations at DTiQ, I lead a team of over 70 support technicians and seven Directors, managers, and supervisors who provide technical support for thousands of clients across multiple countries. I have over six years of experience in managing support operations, overseeing departmental and companywide policies and procedures, and implementing strategic initiatives and projects. I have a passion for solving problems, thinking creatively, and pushing the envelope forward. I have a Project Management MicroMasters from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelors in Anthropology from UNLV. I am proficient in data analytics, using Excel and Python to generate insights and reports. I also have skills in technical writing, corporate training, technical troubleshooting, and project management.
