I personally create and produce my own real estate marketing materials (brochures, sell sheets, flyers, mailers and personal web site).

This is where I started in real estate. I received my real estate license, and transitioned from a salesperson to broker.

At John & Low and Company, Inc., At John & Low and Company, Inc., I was an independent in-house subcontractor (Anthony Coletto Graphics, Ltd.). I worked primarily on the Aldi account which often required a very quick turnaround. I provided art and photography direction on my regularly assigned projects in addition to the actual design/production work. Many of our projects required stock photography searching, purchasing and manipulation. We often worked in design teams and assisted other associates with their assignments as needed. Project management skills were extremely important, as you were responsible for all aspects of the project meeting the required and various due dates in each step of the workflow process. Frequently I was a liaison between the agency and our pre-press supplier (IPP Lithocolor). I often went on press checks (Berlin Industries) to approve project print runs (sometimes over 22 million pieces). I am versed in QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat (Adobe CS).

As part of Cole-Parmer’s corporate marketing department, my duties included designing and producing specialty catalogs, ads, and tradeshow signage. My daily work flow included numerous and varied projects being handled simultaneously. I interacted with several internal business groups to achieve goals and meet deadlines. The work environment was Macintosh based on a large server network. I also became involved in designing parts of the corporate web site (Masterflex division) and corresponding pages.

Knockout was a 7 person design and art production studio. Knockout provided a complete array of print services to its clients...concept, design, production, illustration, photography, film work and printing. I was responsible for new sales and was one of the primary account representatives. I was involved in art and creative direction, design and production, studio management, and press approvals. My responsibilities also included computer system (hardware/software) purchasing, system troubleshooting and maintenance.Knockout clients included: Ben Franklin Craft Stores, Bradford Exchange, Burger King, Florsheim, J.C. Penney, Montgomery Ward, National Safety Council, S.C. Johnson, Sears Roebuck and Company, Spiegel, Sportmart, Toshiba America, W.W. Grainger, Wolverine World Wide, and numerous agency accounts.

I managed the Keyline Paste-up/Art Production and Transparency Retouching Departments. Each department had approximately 10-14 people. I was responsible for maintaining client quality guidelines and meeting all deadlines. I hired/dismissed staff as required.
