Field Operations:- Facilitate pull planning meetings and maintain updated schedule, create job hazard analysis to identify potential risks for dangerous work actives, maintain daily field reports, develop mock ups for owner approval, verify bench mark and first delivery inspections.Project Management:- Process RFI’s, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, create weekly owner and sub meeting minutes, track and update monthly requisitions, apply for and obtain construction permits, develop sub specific scope sheets for contracts and work with PM's to buy out trades.Estimating:- Develop conceptual budgets, completed quantity take offs, identify and qualify existing conditions not noted in bid documents, solicit subcontractor proposals for relative scope, create in house estimates and scope sheets to confirm inclusive sub bids.
