I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and from Florida International University in June 2018, where I learned about law enforcement, criminology, and public safety. Since December 2017, I have been working as a Mobile Expert Key Holder at T-Mobile, where I provide excellent customer service, sell wireless devices and accessories, and perform store operations. I have developed strong IT and IT integration skills, as well as proficiency in Slack, as part of my role.As a Mobile Expert Key Holder, I have contributed to the success of T-Mobile by increasing sales, retention, and satisfaction of customers, while also ensuring the security and compliance of the store. I have worked with a diverse and collaborative team of mobile experts, store managers, and regional leaders, and supported them with my IT knowledge and problem-solving abilities. I am passionate about technology, communication, and justice, and I seek to apply my skills and experience to a career that aligns with these values. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as someone who has both a criminal justice background and a mobile technology expertise.
