Account handler: I was handling Internacional insurance programs all type of lines for more than 120 clients. Functions included coordination with HQ, advisory for local clients, claims analysis and coordination, budget control. Business development: I was in charge of multinational sales development in the Barcelona Office. Carrying prospecting actions, cold calling, placement and advisory.

Alejandro developed all functions within Professional Liability policies: Quote and negotiate with markets, advisory to the client, handling claims and prospecting clients.

Drafting of claims, defenses and counterclaims to local and international clients. Claims for payment, breach of contract and patent. Monitoring and support cases in court.

All involved the supervision of a group of Spanish students throughout the stay abroad: Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the program and welfare of students assigned. Manage relationship students, other foreign students and parents of the participants. Collaboration with the school management. Manage all types of incidents, scheduling tours and attending the needs that arise.

Customer Care regarding gas boiler: including installation, maintenance, insurance, incidents and coordination with installers and repairers.

The Summer Camp Counselor will be primarily responsible for the total welfare and program leadership of a cabin group. He or she is responsible for the health and safety of each camper, and all aspects of the camper’s experiences. The Counselor will utilize the programs and facilities as tools to help develop the camper in spirit, mind and body. The Counselor will also serve as an appropriate role model to all campers, promoting Christian principles and practices.
