As Digital Program Manager, I supported the ongoing product development and evolution of the website for the Workplace Initiative, an endorsed brand of Understood.org. This included the development of both front-end and back-end elements to support a larger ecosystem, including an eCommerce flow, user database, authentification system, transactional and marketing email services, and a multi-branch learning management system. In late 2020, the Workplace Initiative decided to cease operations as a separate brand from Understood.org. During this time, I managed the brand merger for Workplace Initiative, sunsetting assets and coordinating the migration of editorial content across separate platforms and rendering services. From this point forward, I served as a project manager coordinating high level, cross functional projects and organizational annual and quarterly planning for the organization.

I additionally managed the opening of a new corporate cafe space in the Anheuser-Busch Commercial Strategies Office in August 2017, Baked's third retail location in New York City. I further promote brand messaging with our local and national constituency by managing our social media pages - building new @bakednyc instagram, evolving brand Facebook pages, and maintaining review aggregate sites; ensuring accuracy and revitalizing our web presence by developing and maintaining new website at bakednyc.com; and overseeing all Baked communication systems - in-store VOIP services, brand email management, and customer-facing mass-messaging channels.

As Front of House Manager of Baked’s flagship location, I was first and foremost a motivator. As designer of our service structure, expectations, and quality control mechanisms, it was ultimately my role to hire, train, and elevate the service staff to exceed those standards. Despite this attention to Front of House service, I also managed backend operations as Assistant General Manager, providing oversight for all departmental and facilities needs, and coordinating between them. Beyond our walls, I also provided significant support for the larger Brand, actively taking lead in translating sales data into actionable information, managing and revamping our brand-wide POS systems across locations, taking point on managing and updating website and email systems, revitalizing our loyalty program, and monitoring review activity on various review channels, including Yelp and Facebook.

As Program Coordinator for the Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies, I worked to support continuing education initiatives for addictions counselors, clinical social workers, and other substance use treatment or prevention professionals.I interfaced directly with various University departments, faculty, students, and vendors to coordinate our weeklong, annual conference (the Summer School of Addiction Studies) and weekly or biweekly professional seminars; drafted and edited all major communications out of the office; represented the Center of Alcohol Studies at national conferences in and out of state; prepared legal documentation for student credit tracking; and managed seminar and conference registrations and payments.I also served as the primary coordinator for the Centers for Disease Control-designated Northeast Regional Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs) Education Center, which migrated to the Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies in late 2014. To support the Center's mission, I conducted a national-level environmental scan of FASD training materials for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), transcribed relevant materials into a new FASD 101 webinar with built-in impact-tracking procedures, coordinated and promoted custom, CDC-funded trainings for early childhood educators, and managed the Be in the Know NJ website, which served as a communications hub for FASD science/policy updates and special interest news stories.
